Features

Cell rubber fender consists of rubber fender body , steel frame and frontal pads;Cell rubber fender has following advantages:

1. Reasonable shape-design and higher stress dispersion , the compression deflection can reach .

up to 55%, and in long life services.

2. Little performance decreasing deflection just as the fender is compressed when vessel is angle berthing.

3. Steel frame can be installed on the top of the fender owing to its large area , which can reducing the surface pressure when vessel berths.

4. Low coefficient of friction as UHMW-PE board is installed on the steel structure(steel frame) reduces shear stress when vessel is berthing.

5. Cell rubber fender series suitable for gigantic shippings of 50000～300000DWT to be berthing.
